How To Prepare Spicy Sardine Fish In Bamboo Shoot Naga Dish

                           
                            

Today I will share with you how to prepare Spicy Sardine Fish In Bamboo shoot. 

Tinned fish are very popular, since they are easily available and easy to cook also.

There are various ways of cooking tinned sardine fish. Some may just heat it and consume (ready to eat). Some of you might love to fry it and eat.

But there is a different way we Nagas love to prepare...in bamboo shoot, spicy and very tasty. Easy to prepare and does not take much time.




Here are the Ingredients : 


1: Tinned Sardine Fish ...1nos.
2: Roasted Green Chilly
3: Bamboo shoots : 10gms.
4: Long beans : 50 gms.
5: Garlic : 10 gms.
6: Chives leaves : 10 gms (optional)
7: Salt to taste...
8: Fresh Green chilly.


I am mentioning how much roasted green chilly to use. It will depend, since some chilly's are quite hot, in that case don't use much. 

Sometimes  even 6 to 7 pieces may suffice. Roasted means heating the chilly on a non-stick cookware, just enough to make them soft. So they are easy to crush.
