How To make Butter cup cake.Today I'll share with you how to make or Bake delicious Butter cake. 

My post title says How to make butter cup cake, since today I happen to bake some cup cakes. But don't be confused, you can also bake butter cake with the same ingredients listed here.

The Ingredients given here will make 12 nos of butter cup cake. You can calculate according to your needs.

Ingredients:   


1: Butter :                100 gms.
2: Suger :                 100 gms.
3: Egg :                     3 nos.
4: Flour (Maida):      100 gms.
5: Baking Powder :   1/2 tsf ( teaspoon)
6: Vanilla Essence:   1/2 tsf
7: Cake gel :             1/4 tsf.

Method : How to make butter cake.

First Pre-heat the oven to 180 c (350 F) for ten to fifteen minutes.

Preparation:

Combine butter, sugar and cake gel in a bowl and mix them thoroughly with a beater.

Now gradually add the Eggs, mixing continuously till all the three eggs are mixed and your mixture turns to creamy white.

Now add the combined Flour, Baking powder, and vanilla essence in to the creamed mixture. Mix these with the beater, in slow speed. Well mixed butter cake mixture will be a smooth paste.

Now pour this cake mixture with a scoop on to the cup cake mould.

Put inside the pre heated oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180 C or until the cake turns golden brown color.

Take the tray out of the oven and let the cake cool for sometime, before serving.
